Refund Policy — RepFlow AI

1. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Starter plan features. No payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be paused — no charges, no surprises.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription period. If RepFlow AI doesn't meet your expectations within the first 30 days after your initial payment, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund within this period, simply email hello@repflowai.co with your account email and reason. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard at Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.

No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current billing period, except in cases covered by the 30-day guarantee above.

4. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). To avoid renewal, cancel before the cycle ends. We send reminder emails 3 days before annual renewals.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

After the 30-day money-back guarantee window has passed
For accounts in violation of our Terms of Service
For SMS credits or AI replies already consumed
For partially used billing periods (unless required by law)

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used. Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
