By creating an account or using RepFlow AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and RepFlow AI ("we", "us").
RepFlow AI provides AI-powered review management software for local businesses, including automated review response generation, SMS review request campaigns, referral code generation, and reputation analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 years or older and authorised to represent the business you register. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including sending unsolicited messages to individuals who have not consented to receive them.
By using our SMS campaign features, you represent that all recipients have provided prior express written consent to receive messages from your business, as required by the TCPA (US), PECR (UK), and applicable local regulations. You are solely responsible for your compliance with messaging laws. RepFlow AI is not liable for regulatory violations arising from your campaigns.
AI-generated review replies are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. RepFlow AI does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Stripe processes all payments; we do not store card details.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to Starter plan features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Unused trial features do not carry over.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. You retain ownership of your business data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code; (c) use the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property rights; (d) resell the Service without our written permission (except Agency plan holders per their agreement); (e) use automated scripts to abuse API rate limits.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepFlow AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
